Riot Legend tells us that its popular League of Legends, which claims over 32 million players worldwide, has been the victim of a hacking attempt. Hackers were able to infiltrate the database servers in Western Europe, Central Europe and Eastern Europe, and potentially retrieve information about names, dates of birth, e-mails and passwords encrypted players LoL. The studio recommends them to reset their password immediately, because even if they are encrypted, passwords are mostly too easy to hack. The studio has also established that 11 passwords were the most popular shared by more than 10,000 players. The risk is real. Note, however, that the intruder didn't gain access to any data bank.
